Karey Dunken: Not much without a graduate degree. Any position in counseling or education and many with community service you will need at least a master's degree to compete for jobs. I suggest looking into graduate programs in a specific type of psychology or social work or the like. With all social work programs at least, you are required to work at an organization in your specific area of study and the school helps to arrange interviews and with placement.
