Ignacio Imbier: Don't know what you mean by "well-rounded," but it is a good career. You will need a 4 year college degree, Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Most nurses work in a hospital and work different shifts, including nights and weekends. The pay is good and it is a pretty secure job.
