Éteindre le mélangeur et le mettre de côté pour le nettoyage.

Étendre les légumes de façon à ce qu’ils soient bien espacés sur la plaque à pâtisserie. Cela permettra à tous les côtés des légumes de caraméliser. Lorsqu’ils sont entassés sur la feuille ou pressés trop près l’un de l’autre, ils s’évaporent à la vapeur, mais ils n’obtiendront pas le revêtement légèrement croquant que vous voulez.

Verser la soupe dans des bols de service.
