Look for the video codec option, click on it a! nd select a better codec. Use wmv or H264 if it is there. The same goe! s for the Audio - if codecs are an option - wma or pcm are good. ( i prefer max).2. download malwarebytes.3. download ADWcleaner4. reboot into safe mode by restarting and tapping the F8 key. 5. Run those programs in that order.6. reboot into normal mode.7. rescan with malwarebytes one more time.8. if everything is good then update your antivirus and then create a restore point. (might want to make a backup disc here as well. for future use)Thats it , youre done.Now... want to make things nice and safe for good?1. never use Chrome or IE ever again.2. use firefox with the NO SCRIPT and EDGE block addons.3. never ever use Norton , McAfee or AVG. ever , period.4. use AVAST (free) or WEBROOT ( pay)5. Install the free version of WINPatrol (stops programs from adding themselves to STARTUP. example; you missclicked and let Search patrol have permission to install.. well , your antivirus thinks you wanted it , you clicked it , and so bammo , it's in th! ere. Winpatrol would prevent it from modifying the registry to let itself free run and delive4r its payload on your next system start up.
