Donella Vasta: you may have to exercise discretion in some places but most people take photos in amusement parks so its unlikely to be clear you are filming if for some reason that is against their policies. if they didnt like it and caught you filming you wouldnt be kicked out on the spot, just asked to stop filming, they may ask you to delete the footage but its not likely they would have a problem with your filming
