Drinking, getting buzzed/drunk faster?

Vince Delarge: Are you a man or a woman? A woman will get drunk on fewer drinks than a man will.

Stan Conley: I'm a chick.

Donte Hamme: well first off you could drink the same thing as someone and they could get more buzzed/drunk, there are lots of other factors besides what you drank, like whether you ate before, what your body weight is etc,etc.....but generally you would get drunk faster doing shots becuase its straight liquor, however 3 shots isnt that much..is she skinnier than you? did she not eat before hand? ... i dont know you so i cant answer this properly.:::::EDIT: than i would say if she is more experienced and you mean she has a higher tolerance , your the same weight or shes heavier, and you both ate i would say you got more drunk but she got drunk faster ie she drank shots it hit her all at once but if you drank everything you said you did (and it really depends on how much rum was actually in your drinks) but if you drank it in a constant bas! is not too much time in between than you probably couldve been drunker but there is no real way to tell, she sounds like a liar though...Show more

Flor Lizardi: Kaylaus is right, sometimes I get a one beer buzz if I didn't eat for a while

Valentine Willinger: Yes, she is correct, but not to a HUGE degree of credibility. Taking shots of alcohol (40% I am assuming) will hit you harder than having a drink of Rum and Coke with the same quantity of alcohol, due to the fact it is hitting you all at the same time.If you take your sweet time to drink your Rum and Coke, some of the alcohol may have already left your system. Like I said, it's not a huge difference, but she is still right.

Mercedez Trabue: If she drank from her *** then she would get drunker

Elvin Weichbrodt: yes because you are drinking slower than her (and your body had more non alcoholic drinks to process too...aka yours was watered down) . Also, there are more factors to getting drunk than ! weight and food taken in. It can just overall depend on how fa! st your body processes the drink. Everybody is different...some people can't hold their drink and others can drink people under the table before they get drunk.

Ayesha Genova: She isn't skinnier than me, and she's more experienced. and we both ate before.
