Teenagers driving motorcycles?

Janita Tetlow: FYI I live in South Dakota and the laws say14 year olds are allowed to drive motorcycles if they are in a group.

Price a set of motorcycle tires installed every 6K to 10k miles verses a set of car tires that can last 60K miles.
