Curtis Josef: First you have to realize that the term homeschool/homeschooling has no legal definition in CA. Many programs that advertise as being "homeschool" programs are in fact public school at home programs such an online school or a independent study center. Typically in CA if someone says they homeschool part time, they are in fact a public school student enrolled in a non-traditional program where much of their schooling takes place at home.
